City Treasures: Discover 2000 years of history, from the Romans to the present day, on our stroll through London's Square Mile.

Mental Wealth Discovery Walk: We consider practical, everyday ways to support mental health and personal wellbeing, finding inspiration and pools of calm in the midst of London's buzz and bustle. Great for bringing teams together, this tour takes place in Covent Garden.

Head & Heart: Discover the contribution of philanthropists in the City, from medieval Guilds to social investment today, and the impact on social issues, from education and housing, to prison reform.

Health & Healing: Explore health and healing in the City of London, from medieval monasteries, body-snatchers, pestilence and plague, to medical discoveries that are shaping healthcare today.

Practicalities

Talks last around 45 minutes, with a further 15 minutes for questions. Tours last between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs. Cost from £75 for talks and £120 for tours.

About me

Long before my career in communications across the health and charity sectors, I worked as a tour guide in a champagne cellar, for the London Tourist Board and then as a tour manager leading educational trips across Europe for huge groups of American students. In 2014 I qualified as a professional Blue Badge Guide. Since then I have developed and delivered a wide range of talks and tours, both virtual and face-to-face.
